One last ditch effort and hope that I could salvage the expensive cost of replacing carpets. I honestly figured 'at least they'll BE clean, even if they don't look clean'. I NOW have carpets........... that look NEW, smell fresh and ARE CLEAN. My only regret is that I didn't take a before/after picture of what I describe in this testimonial, as it would have been a true reflection of the workmanship and dedication to ultimate customer satisfaction that this gentleman attests to, focuses on and obtains. Not only were the results amazing, the service exemplary, but I must add that not once did this gentleman check his watch, rush his job to get to another, or attempt to dissuade me in my shadowing over his cleaning and expressing my perfectionist needs and expectations.
